Financial Aid (OSFA) at: financialaid@wayne.edu
Our e-mail is not encrypted. The security of
messages transmitted via e-mail cannot be guaranteed. Messages
may be intercepted, monitored, delayed, lost, or altered. To assure the
confidentiality of applicants' sensitive financial data, OSFA
does not provide the status of financial aid applications via
e-mail. Please do not include sensitive or confidential
information in e-mail messages to OSFA.
Due to the potential for virus infections, OSFA does not open
e-mail messages that contain attachments. Please submit documents
via U.S.
postal service or fax.

Service Hours
OSFA
representatives are available in the lobby of The Welcome Center,
42 West Warren Avenue, Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:00
PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM during the academic year (September
through May). June through August
service hours end at 5:00 PM daily. To ensure the confidentiality of student
financial information, picture identification is required.
Financial
Aid Administrators assist students on an appointment basis Monday
through Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Appointments
with Financial Aid Administrators can be scheduled through a financial
aid representative at the Financial Aid Counter in the lobby of
The Welcome Center during service hours. Appointments should be
made several days in advance. Appointments cannot be scheduled
via e-mail.
